Award winning redesign and repurpose of the huge Sears Roebuck building that had been abandoned for many years. It is now filled with living spaces, studios, music/performance space, The Church Health Center, and an array of cool places to eat and shop and enjoy life!. It has won many awards and is a beautiful, art promoting facility. They preserved the deco exterior nicely melded the interior it with contemporary.
